Don't Stop Chasing

Seeing red makes me angry, and I have been nothing but angry in the past year. I have started up this blog in a bid to keep track of my thoughts without the whole capricious re-blogging as seen on Tumblr. I want to see myself get better through my posts, in detail, and I want to post more photos without being restricted by Tumblr's ten-pictures-per-post rule. So, welcome; welcome to my new space.

In the past year, many things have changed. One for the worse, and the rest for the better. I may still be working my way around the former, but I am really glad that the latter makes everything so much better.

On a brighter note, I had gone out with a date on Monday with my man and bought him a pair of shoes from New Balance with colours that match my Flyknit Free by Nike! Seeing his face light up the way it did reminded me of how one should never stop chasing his other half when the tough gets going. It has been a while since I last did anything for him, not including the occasional editing of his essays for consultations with his lecturers and/or submissions. Simple things like spending the whole day watching horror and gore movies, and walking around town make our day, but I am now reminded that we should not stop chasing. Just because you already have your other half does not mean that he deserves any lesser than what you gave when he was not yours, yet.

On the very same day, I went for my annual haircut and Jonathan had decided that he wants me to look sharp when I start work, so...

I ENDED UP WITH BANGS.
